| When I had my first baby, I soon discovered she was comforted when I ran the shower,
dried my hair, vacuumed or had a fan on. So, I used these sounds to calm her and my next two babies. While
up late one night with my fussy third infant, I realized these were sounds and could be put on a CD! I told
my husband about the idea the next morning and he worked it out. We've been using our CD's for the past 4
years. They not only help baby sleep, but also "drown out" the noise of siblings and other household "buzz"
that could end baby's naptime early.
The sounds on this CD all encourage a good night's sleep. It has a calming effect that'll let your
baby focus on sleeping. You can set it to one of four sounds.

- Hair Dryer
- Vacuum
- Fan
Just set it to the sound your baby finds most soothing, then set your CD player to repeat, and it will
play all through naptime or bedtime.
