| Boo-boo bags |
| With four children running around the house, we have our share of bumps and bruises. I used
to use a bag of frozen veggies on their boo-boos, but it was too cold. So, I put a wash cloth on top and
thought, "I could make something better than this." I sewed a pillow shaped bag out of leftover flannel and
filled it with corn kernals. That is how the boo-boo bag came about.
Each of our children has their own boo-boo bag in the freezer. When someone gets hurt, an uninjured sibling
runs to the freezer to fetch a boo-boo bag. After the tears have stopped, the bag goes right back into the freezer
for the next owie.
This bag is also great for sleepy moms...it feels great on tired eyes!
