Q: How does your store work?
A: My store runs all transactions through Paypal Merchant. You can use your Paypal account or you can use any credit card. When you add an item to the cart, a new window will appear in your internet browser and you'll now be viewing your cart items. When you choose to checkout, Paypal offers you a choice to login to your Paypal account or find the word "continue" where it says you can check out without a Paypal account. Q: Do you mass produce your items?
A: Everything is handcrafted and any particular pattern or design only lasts as long as our fabric supplies. If you see something you really like, you should purchase it as there is no guarantee I can find that same fabric again.

Q: I don't have a Paypal account, can I still buy from you?
A: Yes, you can still buy from us when you check out. Just choose the "continue" link during the first checkout screen and you can use a credit card to make your purchase.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my order?
A: We ship our items either first class USPS or priority mail. Typically we'll get your package out the same or next day and then it'll be another 2-3 days till your order arrives. So, that is why our standard shipping option says 3-5 business days.

Q: Where are your items made?
A: All items are made in my pet free, smoke free home with exception of the Happy Mom t-shirts and buttons. Those I have outsourced to ensure the best possible product.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Because my business is located in the state of Minnesota, I am required to collect 6.5% sales tax on all orders from customers who reside in Minnesota.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We ship everything USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We don't try to make money with shipping and are just trying to cover costs of the shipping and boxes. Our shipping rates are below:

A: Krafty Kreations will never sell or share your email address and personal information to anyone for any purpose. If you are a customer of Krafty Kreations, you will receive occasional emails regarding new products, specials and upcoming craft fair appearances. If you would like to not receive any emails, simply email heather@happymomonline.com to take your name off future email lists.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Krafty Kreations wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you want to return your item, products purchased at happymomonline.com may be returned within 30 days as long as the item(s) returned is(are) in the original condition. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit.
